Reconnect Stage School classes follow the West Lothian school calendar, meaning classes only run during term time and no classes are on during holidays.

It is vital that you declare any/all medical conditions during child registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at - stageschool@reconnectcharity.com or updating your online profile.

You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address - stageschool@reconnectcharity.com.

Reconnect Stage School reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying extreme disruptive behaviour.

Class fees:

Option 1: Full Term Payment by Card/Debit/Credit via Classforkids portal due by the 1st class of term.

Option 2: Full Term Payment by Cash (please mark in an envelope name + amount) due 1st class of term.

We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances. If a class is to be cancelled by a Stage School member of staff, a refund will be organised at our earliest convenience, or the class will be rescheduled for a later date.

If payment is an issue please email stageschool@reconnectcharity.com to discuss financial support.

If you decide Reconnect Stage School is not for you, we ask that students continue classes until the closest half-term or end of term holiday (e.g. Spring Term; half-term date 7th Feb, end-of-term 4th of April) this will provide the least amount of disruption to the class and any group/team activities. If removal needs to be sooner, please let us know asap by emailing stageschool@reconnectcharity.com
